By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The services
This site describes AI lessons, on-demand trainings, website and CRM builds, and CAM, a social media automation product of Simple Tech Skills. The scope, price and schedule of any build are set in a written agreement before work begins. Descriptions on this site are general information, not a promise of any business result.
3. AI tools
Lessons, trainings and builds use AI tools, which can make mistakes. Review important decisions with a qualified professional. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or employment advice.
4. Payment, refunds and scheduling
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any session, lesson, training or build once purchased, including for non-attendance.
The Strategy Session fee is 100% credited toward any service of $500 or more when you enroll within 30 days. CAM is sold and billed by Simple Tech Skills, and its refunds and cancellations follow the agreement you sign with that company.
5. Your responsibilities
Send only information and files you have the right to share. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt or interfere with it.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design and images on this site belong to Custom Builder AI or its licensors. The trainings are licensed for your own use; please do not resell or republish them. What we build for you under a written agreement belongs to you as that agreement says.
7. No warranty
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Custom Builder AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we receive and how we use it.
10. Changes
When these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
