Accessibility

Our approach

We work to make this website usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom and other assistive technology. The site includes a skip link, headings and labels that describe each part of the page, visible keyboard focus, captions on videos, and light and dark themes. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Access and language preferences

An optional panel, opened from the button at the bottom left of every page, lets you adjust how pages look and read, and choose one of 53 languages. It runs on this site and sends nothing to anyone else. It supplements the accessibility built into the site. It is not a certification, a guarantee of legal compliance, or a replacement for telling us about a barrier. Translations are machine generated for convenience, some text may stay in English, and the English version of our policies and terms applies.

Known limitations

• The booking calendar comes from TidyCal, and checkout pages come from Stripe. Those companies build them, so they are outside our direct control.
• Website example pictures are screenshots. Each one has a text description, and the live sites are the best place to use those pages with assistive technology.
